Organizes operational activities, assigns tasks, monitors productivity, and provides technical support to teams. Conducts material and equipment verification, monitors construction sites and installations, controls operational demands, and coordinates with clients and managers. Also identifies process improvements, resolves incidents occurring during installations, and ensures adherence to established deadlines. Experience in team management, electrical or hydraulic installations, security systems, or related areas is desirable, along with strong communication skills, leadership, and organizational ability.
