We offer services aimed at optimizing people and organizational process management. **Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to users, resolving hardware and software issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment. Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring all systems operate properly. Manage backups and ensure company data security. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment such as notebooks and desktops. Assist in implementing new systems and technologies. Ensure proper operation of the company's WhatsApp, resolving bans and other related issues. Provide support for videoconferencing equipment, ensuring smooth online meetings. Prepare documentation and provide support. Position located in Mogi das Cruzes / SP.
