Culture of "outcomes over outputs" and continuous evolution Role Overview We are seeking a Technology Executive Manager to lead the technology strategy for evolving our SME (small and medium-sized enterprises) product portfolio — including credit origination, monitoring, collections, self-service, and financial management solutions — as well as our platforms across web, app, and WhatsApp, leveraging Agentic AI as a competitive differentiator. This leader must deeply understand SME pain points, business strategy, and emerging technologies (with emphasis on Open Finance, Electronic Promissory Notes, data, and AI) to ensure consistent delivery of customer value, accelerated time-to-market, and high development quality. To achieve this, their area encompasses engineering development, QA, data and AI, architecture, SER, production support, and contract management. Close partnership with Business Unit GPMs and designers is also critical in this role, along with identifying, influencing, and enabling other internal and external partnerships that accelerate learning, results, and productivity. The core focus of this position is summarized as “outcomes over outputs” and continuous evolution, with the primary challenge being the speed of market entry for solutions and platforms, as well as maturing the AI-First concept across our ecosystem. Experience and Skills **Qualifications** * Experience in financial services technology, having worked in the SME segment at some point and led teams for at least 5 years; * Hands-on, continuously evolving experience with emerging technologies, especially generative and agentic AI; * Experience in Product Development through integrated squads comprising product, design, and technology; * Excellent communication, leadership, and influence skills to interact with teams, internal and external partners, and executive-level stakeholders, elevating the entire ecosystem; * Strong analytical capability, data-driven mindset, focus on impact metrics, productivity, and budget and contract management; * Advanced English for interaction and presentations (fluency is a strong advantage).
