Skill and knowledge development Fini is seeking a new Customer Service Representative. * **SALARY**: **R$ 1\.891,00** * Each Sunday worked: **R$ 32,00** * Each holiday worked: **R$ 32,00 \+ 100% overtime pay** * Sundays and holidays are paid via payroll. **Working Hours:** **Afternoon Shift: Mon–Thu 2:00 PM–10:20 PM, Fri–Sat 2:40 PM–11:00 PM, Sun 1:00 PM–9:20 PM** Job Responsibilities include: * Providing customer service with a personalized approach to ensure customer satisfaction; * Offering product support and information about company products, demonstrating knowledge of each product's features and benefits; * Conducting sales using effective and persuasive techniques to stimulate customer interest and close sales; * Accurately recording customer orders, ensuring correct issuance of invoices and timely delivery per agreed timelines; * Maintaining an organized and clean workplace to ensure an attractive point-of-sale presentation; * Participating in company-provided training sessions and workshops to continuously improve product-related skills and knowledge; Requirements for the position: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in sales and customer service; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactivity and ability to interact effectively with diverse customers; * Basic computer literacy and experience using sales systems; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the company; Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Transportation Allowance (VT) * Assistance Allowance * Vacation Benefits * 13th Salary
