**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for monitoring and executing collection activities related to public and private clients, ensuring timely receipt of payments according to agreed deadlines. Also provides support in managing corporate procurement platforms, ensuring correct usage, entry, and recording of transactions, thereby contributing to financial organization and internal process efficiency.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
* Experience with collection routines, accounts receivable, or administrative-financial support, as well as updating managerial reports and administrative controls.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and spreadsheet management).
* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Familiarity with ERP systems (**Sankhya**);
* Experience in collections involving public agencies and government payment procedures;
