Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring e-commerce payments, product registration, customer service and support, and acting as a digital Personal Shopper. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring e-commerce payments and providing customer support. 2. Registering products and ensuring information quality. 3. Providing personalized service and acting as a digital Personal Shopper. In this role, you will perform the following activities: * Monitor payments made on the e\-commerce platform, focusing on validation and control of orders paid via bank slip (boleto). * Contact customers when necessary to provide payment support, reissue bank slips, and resolve order issues. * Register products in the system and e\-commerce platforms. * Ensure the quality and consistency of registered information, including descriptions, categories, attributes, codes, and other data required for commercialization. * Provide personalized customer service via e\-mail, WhatsApp, chat, phone, social media, and other brand digital channels. * Act as a digital Personal Shopper, understanding each customer’s profile, style, needs, and purchase history.
