Responsibilities and Duties The professional will be responsible for supporting and executing essential Personnel Department and Human Resources routines, ensuring legal compliance and team well-being. Key activities include: * Execute all Personnel Department routines, including hiring, termination, time tracking, vacation management, leave administration, and payroll processing. * Manage employee benefits comprehensively (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health insurance, etc.), from enrollment through termination. * Prepare and manage team documentation required for project site work, including TST (Occupational Safety Training), GD4, and other sector-specific engineering requirements. * Maintain the Sólides system up-to-date and utilize it efficiently for all Personnel Department and HR operations. * Provide support to employees on Personnel Department / HR matters, fostering a collaborative and transparent work environment. * Collaborate in implementing HR policies and procedures aimed at optimizing processes and organizational development. Requirements and Qualifications * Minimum proven experience in Personnel Department and Human Resources routines (junior level). * Technical or higher education degree in Administration, Human Resources, People Management, or related fields (preferred). * Advanced knowledge and practical experience with the Sólides system. * Prior experience handling labor and safety documentation for teams working on construction sites (TST, GD4). * Proactive profile, with initiative to identify solutions and optimize processes. * Leadership capacity in projects and activities, with focus on results and alignment with company culture. * Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities, essential for interacting with employees and partners. * Strategic business perspective and alignment with corporate culture, pursuing continuous development and operational efficiency.
