Responsibilities include attending to employees and suppliers, organizing files, managing spreadsheets, and assisting in administrative and operational processes. Responsibilities * Organize and archive physical and digital documents * Manage and update administrative spreadsheets * Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable; issue invoices * Answer phone calls, emails, and internal requests * Support the preparation of reports and documents * Assist with cash closing and bank reconciliations * Provide support to other company departments when necessary Requirements * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Administration, HR, or related fields is desirable) * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)** * Prior experience in administrative routines is a plus * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Proactivity and responsibility
