Description
* Develop and prepare, together with teams, periodic activity reports for departments.
* Coordinate patient follow-up and return, ensuring all patients are informed, when necessary, about their progress according to referral guidelines.
* Ensure responses to requests are delivered within deadlines and comply with clinical, legal, and care standards.
* Conduct analyses for other departments based on received cases to promote improvements in service delivery.
* Analyze and monitor departmental demand planning according to objectives and deadlines.
* Coordinate execution and approval within established deadlines.
* Monitor information regarding changes and other verifications conducted by the department.
* Track patient appointments, reporting the most critical cases.
* Manage the development of manuals and other support materials.
* Ensure adherence to deadlines.
* Perform administrative management of staff.
* Provide feedback to department staff.
* Monitor team productivity.
* Analyze processes, indicators, and routines to develop action plans or new projects aimed at improving departmental performance.
* Develop and organize training sessions.
* Visit units for training and guidance.
**Education**: Completed Higher Education
**Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in team leadership and administrative roles. Prior administrative experience in healthcare is a plus.
**Technical Competence**: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of the SIGA system is desirable.
