Consultative Sales: Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales with a results-oriented focus. Store Organization: Assist with restocking, organizing, and presenting products. Performance Tracking: Focus on key metrics such as revenue, average transaction value, and conversion rate. After-Sales Support: Monitor orders and ensure customer satisfaction. **What We Are Looking For:** Completed high school education (ongoing undergraduate studies are a plus). Prior experience in retail sales or public-facing customer service. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of electrical materials, lighting, or construction.
