Prontocardio Hospital is expanding Prontocardio Rede, a strategic model that broadens access to our services through partnerships and new care channels. We are seeking a Commercial Consultant to directly activate this channel by providing service, negotiation, and conversion of opportunities generated by the network. This position is essential to transform partnerships into tangible results, ensuring sales volume, service quality, and customer retention. **Responsibilities and duties** * Convert leads originating from Prontocheck\-up * Deliver consultative commercial service (in person, by phone, and via WhatsApp) * Present and sell network products (check\-ups, care pathways, and services) * Support partner activation and joint commercial initiatives Monitor the sales funnel (lead → proposal → closing) * Ensure promptness and quality in customer service * Conduct follow\-ups and recover lost opportunities * Maintain and update the CRM with commercial information * Contribute to improving the customer journey * Collaborate closely with executives and the marketing team **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience in sales or commercial service * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Proactive profile with goal orientation * Organizational and disciplinary skills for portfolio management * Proficiency with digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp, systems) **Additional information** * Experience in the healthcare sector * Background in consultative sales * Experience selling high-value-added products * Experience working with targets and commission-based compensation For 46 years, Prontocardio Hospital has been a reference in Cardiology in Ceará.
