Job Summary: A professional responsible for providing nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in an inpatient unit, aiming at stabilization and preparation for discharge, under the supervision of a registered nurse. Work in a humanized and integrated manner with the multidisciplinary team **Requirements** * Completed high school education and technical training in Nursing; * Active registration with the professional regulatory council; * Basic or intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. **Responsibilities** * Responsible for delivering planned nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in the Inpatient Unit, aiming at patient clinical stabilization and maintenance, as well as preparation for discharge, through agile, safe, and welcoming care, in accordance with institutional norms, routines, and protocols, under the supervision of a registered nurse. * Provide nursing care to patients according to prescriptions and institutional protocols. * Measure vital signs, administer medications, and perform technical nursing procedures. * Assist medical and nursing teams in urgent and emergency care. * Prepare and accompany patients for examinations, procedures, and transfers. * Record clinical care information in medical records and communicate changes in patients' clinical status. * Organize and restock supplies and equipment, ensuring unit functionality. * Comply with biosafety, patient safety, and hospital infection control standards. * Work in a humanized and integrated manner with the multidisciplinary team, contributing to the quality of care.
