In Brazil, Kuehne \+ Nagel has been present since 1962 and currently operates 48 branches across 7 states, serving the following segments: * Domestic and international air cargo forwarding; * Domestic and international road cargo forwarding; * Domestic and international road cargo forwarding; * Customs clearance; * Warehousing. **Logistics Operations Leader** **Key Responsibilities:** * Escalate issues to leadership when operations are at risk; * Ensure seamless communication between the facility and operations teams (TOM and Inbound) regarding the daily vehicle schedule; * Ensure vehicles depart promptly; * If awaiting documentation, escalate to NOC after the vehicle has been stationary in the yard for 2 hours; * Ensure all security and/or LP incidents are properly reported to leadership. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is preferred); * Prior experience in operational/logistics routines, dispatch, yard, dock, or transportation (a plus); * Intermediate Excel skills and strong organizational ability for spreadsheet-based tracking; * Strong communication skills and ease of interaction across multiple departments (Dock, TOM, Inbound, NOC, and 3P Carriers); * Sense of urgency, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize; * Hands\-on, resilient, process-oriented profile; * **Reside in Fortaleza (state capital)** or have easy access to the operation; * Availability to work on a **4x3 shift schedule**, either day or night.
