Experience with HR metrics and HR subsystems **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience with Personnel Department routines; * Experience with the Fortes system will be considered an advantage; * Solid knowledge of: labor and social security legislation, payroll processing, labor charges, e-Social, and Digital FGTS; * Experience with HR metrics; * Knowledge of Recruitment & Selection (R&S), Training & Development (T&D), and Performance Evaluation routines. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Work as a generalist across Human Resources and Personnel Department subsystems; * Support coordination of HR and Personnel Department routines, ensuring legal compliance and process efficiency in Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Evaluation, Onboarding, and initiatives related to Organizational Climate and Culture; * Execute and verify payroll, labor charges, vacation, termination, and labor calculation routines; * Submit and monitor accessory obligations (e-Social and Digital FGTS); * Monitor corporate benefits.
