If you have experience developing AI-powered solutions, strong execution capability, can operate based on well-defined technical guidelines, and enjoy working in agile teams tackling technological innovation challenges, this opportunity is for you! **What we expect:** – We expect a professional with strong execution capability, able to transform AI-based solutions into real product features, always operating based on well-defined technical guidelines. – You will be responsible for actively contributing to the technical development of solutions, applying best practices in architecture, technologies, and established processes, with a focus on delivering practical, results-oriented value. – We seek someone autonomous enough to implement end-to-end solutions while maintaining alignment with technical standards and ensuring quality, consistency, and continuous product evolution. – You are also expected to pay close attention to technical and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance, traceability, and integrity of deliverables. – Additionally, we value professionals who collaborate with the team, propose technical improvements, and contribute to strengthening both solutions and development processes. **Requirements and experience:** – Solid software development experience; – Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6\+, Node.js, and TypeScript); – Hands-on experience applying AI solutions in real products (beyond prototypes), using LLMs via API, open-source models, or proprietary solutions; – Experience building tools, integrations, or abstraction layers for AI-based applications; – Knowledge of information search, retrieval, and contextualization techniques (e.g., RAG or similar); – Experience developing RESTful APIs and service-oriented backend architecture; – Experience building modern, responsive web interfaces; – Familiarity with vector databases; – Experience with AI pipelines and workflow orchestration. **Nice-to-have:** – Experience with fine\-tuning or evaluating models; – Familiarity with AI-focused observability; – Knowledge of information security, data protection, and privacy; – Experience in Research, Development and Innovation (RD\&I) projects. **Academic Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. **Additional valued differentiators:** Prior involvement in **Research, Development and Innovation (RD\&I)** projects.
