




Job Summary: The professional will support HR processes, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, personnel administration and benefits, as well as employee support and engagement, ensuring compliance with internal policies. Employee support and engagement * Conduct **recruitment and selection** processes, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and hiring support; * Lead **onboarding of new employees**; * Support **hiring, leave, and termination** processes; * Manage and monitor **timekeeping**, shift schedules, and hour banks; * Support **payroll closing and verification**; * Administer **benefits** (enrollments, cancellations, and employee assistance); * Monitor the **probationary period** and support managers throughout this process; * Provide **employee assistance and support** regarding HR-related inquiries; * Support the **organization of internal events, training sessions, and engagement initiatives**; * Ensure compliance with **HR policies and procedures**.
