A labor outsourcing company is seeking an Operational Supervisor in Belo Horizonte (West Zone). **Responsibilities:** Be responsible for supervising the team. Monitor the closure and handover of service points. Monitor requests for cleaning supplies and PPEs. Monitor onboarding of new clients. Introduce new employees to the client, deliver supplies, and collect them. Perform minor repairs. Carry out basic repairs and maintenance related to plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, and cleaning of common areas. Check the operation of equipment and systems, such as elevators, water pumps, and security systems. Conduct periodic patrols throughout the building premises to ensure safety and integrity of facilities. Report any incidents or irregularities to the responsible person. Control and organize storage spaces designated for equipment. Position requires work in Belo Horizonte / MG. Previous experience as Operations Coordinator, Production Manager, Logistics Supervisor, or Team Leader may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
