Manage the process to ensure travel effectiveness to the final destination, as well as compliance with Atlas's internal norms and insurance companies' regulations; g. Schedule operators' work shifts; h. Mediate internal team conflicts; i. Mediate conflicts with external clients; j. Monitor security profiles.
