Ensure traceability and reliability of test results. Act as the focal point for high-complexity technical support, conducting advanced analyses and proposing definitive solutions. Provide technical support to junior and mid-level colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices. Interact with internal departments in critical integration scenarios, proposing structured and sustainable solutions. Negotiate and align complex technical solutions with suppliers, validating firmware deliveries and proposing improvements when necessary. Critically evaluate new firmware versions and updates, conducting impact analyses for the company's system. Lead research and testing of new embedded technologies, proposing innovations that deliver significant gains in efficiency, reliability, and scalability. Assess the technical feasibility of new solutions, guiding technology adoption for future integration.
