Job Summary: Operates tractors and less complex agricultural machinery, performing adjustments, maintenance, and recording activities during both harvest and off-season periods. Key Highlights: 1. Operate agricultural machinery and interpret onboard instruments 2. Perform basic adjustments and preventive maintenance 3. Work across various agricultural processes as required **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 5 days on / 1 day off **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Drive the tractor and other less complex agricultural machinery during harvesting operations. * Operate and correctly interpret the onboard instruments of the equipment. * Perform basic adjustments and minor preventive maintenance on the tractor under their responsibility. * Carry out routine cleaning, inspection, and testing of the machinery. * Read and interpret maps and operational instructions, adjusting driving according to field characteristics. * Record performed activities to ensure control and traceability of operations. * Support other agricultural processes during harvest and off-season periods, as operationally required. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Secondary education preferred; * Driver's license Category D; * Must reside in Guaimbê; * Availability for flexible hours and shifts. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Pharmacy allowance, Performance bonus, Life insurance, Transportation, Meal voucher
