Job Summary: Operate forklifts to transport, stack, and store products and materials, ensuring safety and proper equipment maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Organizing pallet racking systems and supporting new operators **JOB SUMMARY**: Operate forklifts to transport, stack, and store products, various materials, boxes, and other loads in warehouses, distribution centers, and other company locations, adhering to safety regulations. Perform truck loading and/or unloading. Ensure forklift maintenance and preservation. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** \* Store and move pallets appropriately and safely; \* Control vehicle speed at a level compatible with equipment operation safety; \* Inspect the machine to ensure compliance regarding maintenance/mechanical components, paint, and functionality, issuing service orders (S.O.) whenever necessary; \* Park the machine in authorized and designated locations during meal and rest breaks, keeping keys in locations specified by the H\&S team; \* Sort and verify products using the forklift; \* Organize pallet racking systems and drive-in racking; \* Support managers in onboarding new operators; \* Monitor machine checklists; \* Participate in occupational health initiatives; \* Maintain warehouse 5S standards; \* Assist in equipment battery replacement; \* Operate pallet jacks to fulfill operational duties. **PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS:** Forklift Operator Training Course (NR11\), up-to-date Electric forklifts (operation) Gas-powered forklifts (operation) Valid driver’s license, Category 'B' Logistics knowledge WMS knowledge Knowledge and application of Good Storage Practices (GSP) Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Salary: R$2\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
