Lamp, ballast, outlet replacements, and minor electrical repairs. Masonry repairs, painting, and minor carpentry adjustments (doors, windows, locks). Inspection of generators, UPS systems, air-conditioning equipment, and other technical areas. Supervision of outsourced service providers. Technical cleaning, material organization, and asset conservation.
