Coordinate and supervise outsourced service providers. Assist residents and register service requests. Inspect common areas and condominium equipment. Previous roles such as Maintenance Supervisor, Elderly Caregiver, Cleaning Agent, or General Services Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. Completion of elementary education required.
