We operate a robust infrastructure comprising more than 40,000 m² of logistics areas, inventory space, and offices, serving all regions of Brazil through strategically located units in Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Caxias do Sul, Campinas, Curitiba, Goiânia, Palmas, Porto Alegre, and Presidente Prudente. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct freight quotations and negotiations with carriers; * Execute route planning for dedicated and less-than-truckload (LTL) deliveries; * Schedule pickups, deliveries, and cargo receipts, including full truckloads and LTL shipments; * Control and schedule freight payments; * Manage carrier acquisition, qualification, and ongoing carrier management; * Process order returns via system (Caché); * Monitor and update information in internal systems (Caché and Carrorama); * Generate, analyze, and control managerial and operational reports; * Manage the passenger vehicle fleet, including preventive and corrective maintenance; * Monitor administrative performance indicators of the unit, such as water and energy consumption. **Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Cargo Transportation, or related fields; * Prior experience in transportation and logistics operations; * Knowledge of transportation documentation; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel; * Experience in route planning, freight negotiation, and carrier management. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical and organized profile; * Systemic vision and results orientation; * Decision-making ability; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Benefits:** * Unimed health insurance; * BB Dental dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Meal allowance; * TotalPass; * Transportation allowance and/or parking; * SESC membership; * SENAC partnership (20% discount on courses). **Want to join our team?** Submit your resume and grow with RCervellini!
