Its objective is to help companies identify and leverage their growth potential. **Responsibilities:** Guide the organization, storage, and identification of materials on-site and in the warehouse to improve logistics distribution at construction sites. Perform and monitor technological control of construction works, ensuring material quality used in critical processes. Manage the organization, control, and updating of construction project documentation, including receipt, plotting, field release, and list control. Support and guide the team—alongside the Site Supervisor and Production Engineer—in conducting service inspections and correctly completing quality control forms. Initiate and follow up on corrective and preventive action reports (CAPA). Support construction sites and headquarters in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System. Conduct analyses for updating and improving procedures, forms, work instructions, and integrated management system documents. Deliver and monitor training programs aimed at enhancing construction site production processes related to quality control. Conduct bi-monthly quality evaluations on construction sites, verifying correct application of procedures and work instructions. Assist in planning annual internal audits and monitoring quality indicators. Track and disseminate indicators related to supplier evaluations, non-conformities, customer complaints, and satisfaction surveys. Previous experience as a Quality Analyst, Quality Technician, Quality Coordinator, or Quality Inspector may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Technical qualification required.
