**Job Opening: Site Supervisor (Transmission Lines / Towers)** **Initial Work Location:** São Bernardo do Campo \- SP (with subsequent transfer to Jundiaí \- SP) We are hiring a **Site Supervisor** with solid experience in Transmission Lines (TL) and steel tower erection. We seek a field leader focused on productivity, site organization, scheduling, and safety. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and lead field teams (tower climbers, assemblers, and assistants) at the construction site. * Ensure adherence to the physical project schedule (foundations, tower erection, and cable stringing). * Perform detailed reading and interpretation of civil and structural transmission tower drawings. * Manage distributed work fronts, material logistics, and tools on-site. * Complete the Daily Construction Report (DCR) and interact directly with engineering/client. * Strictly enforce occupational safety regulations (**NR\-35** and **NR\-10**). **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the Transmission Lines (TL) or Substation sector. * Solid knowledge of large-scale steel structure assembly and power construction processes. * Excellent technical drawing interpretation skills. * **Full availability to reside initially in São Bernardo do Campo and subsequently in Jundiaí, per contract terms.** * Valid NR\-35 and NR\-10 certifications. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Base Salary:** BRL 4,000.00 to BRL 4,500.00 (negotiable based on experience) * **Hazard Pay:** +30% * **Meal/Voucher Allowance:** BRL 1,350.00 * **Health Insurance Plan** * **Structured Accommodation** provided by the company at all project sites Payment: BRL 4,000.00 \- BRL 4,500.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal voucher Work Location: On-site
