Should opportunities arise in your region, we will contact you. Supervise and guide the execution of a set of tower-related services, considering finishing scope activities. Interpret project drawings; manage vertical teams by planning staff allocation schedules according to the construction timeline; train subordinates through training sessions based on procedures and work instructions, aiming to ensure timely delivery while meeting safety and quality requirements specified in company procedures. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Plan and monitor the progress of activities within your scope, as outlined in the tower activity schedule, ensuring correct execution in accordance with the established timeline. * Review project drawings and verify team-executed activities to ensure service quality. * Conduct DSD (Safety and Performance Dialogue) daily, reporting pre-established safety routines per procedures, advising on best practices, proper use of PPEs, and presenting safety indicators for your teams. * Manage the team by implementing improvements in service execution and providing feedback jointly with the vertical manager, to ensure optimal workflow and service quality. * Inspect materials used by the team and verify compliance with technical specifications (ITs) and approvals to guarantee service quality. * Ensure site organization and cleanliness to facilitate logistics and eliminate accident risks for workers. * Monitor and ensure waste management and site cleaning to guarantee proper disposal and organization. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * High school diploma preferred; * Team management experience; * Organizational and planning skills; * Experience as a construction foreman, including project drawing reading and interpretation. * Experience in finishing works. **Compensation Package:** Fixed Salary Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance Performance Bonus ✅ Attendance Bonus Health Insurance Dental Insurance Birthday Day Off Life Insurance Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Transportation or fuel allowance * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Annual bonus
