Organize and coordinate team and service provider activities per the schedule. Adjust schedules based on deliveries and communicate updates to management. Perform and supervise assigned tasks. Identify, request, and monitor material deliveries. Manage equipment leasing and return. Select, train, and guide teams. Maintain up-to-date schedules and prepare weekly reports. Notify the materials administration department upon completion and removal of items. Control construction budget, financial flow, and invoices.
