The **Construction Laborer** is responsible for assisting in activities related to pavement construction, such as transporting and organizing materials, preparing the worksite, cleaning the area, and supporting operational teams. They work under direct supervision, contributing to the efficient and safe progress of earthwork, base preparation, and pavement application stages. What will you do on a daily basis? * Install and remove construction site signage; * Finish the lateral edges of applied asphalt layers using brooms/shovels; * Perform traffic control and management tasks, including traffic diversion and flow regulation, using signage flags and communication radios; * Assist in removing road studs from lanes using pickaxes; * And other general on-site tasks. What do we expect from you? * Prior experience in this role will be an advantage; * Willingness to travel;
