Operational support for urgent requests and staff absences **Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor** **Work Location:** Bueno, Marista, and Oeste districts – Goiânia **Salary:** R$ 2.404,68 (fixed) **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: R$ 151.91/month (VR Card) * Meal Voucher: R$ 25.26 per workday (VR Card) * Transportation Allowance: R$ 8.60 or equivalent fuel assistance * Basic Food Basket II: R$ 315.00/month (subject to eligibility rules/VR) **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM * 1-hour lunch break **Requirements** * Mandatory experience in the cleaning field * NH (driver’s license) is a strong advantage * Experience in construction sites is considered an advantage * Availability to work according to construction site schedules and operational demands **Responsibilities** * Coordination of cleaning team leaders and assistants * Productivity monitoring of the team * Development and tracking of floor- and area-specific cleaning schedules * Monitoring of cleaning stages (rough cleaning, fine cleaning, and final inspection) * Inventory control and supply requisition * Team attendance tracking and direct reporting to supervision * Collaborative work with HR department to relay information * Compliance with and implementation of internal policies * Operational support, including performing cleaning tasks as needed (e.g., during staff absences or high-demand periods) Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) permanent contract Compensation: R$2.404,68 – R$2.404,69 per month Benefits: * Basic food basket * Meal allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance
