Construction Supervisor

Description

Supervise and monitor the execution of fire protection and firefighting system construction works (hydrants, sprinklers, detection and alarm systems, LGE, pumps, among others); Ensure service quality in accordance with design documents, technical standards, and contractual specifications; Plan, schedule, and control site activities to ensure timely completion; Coordinate and guide field teams, assign tasks, and monitor productivity; Ensure proper organization of the construction site, as well as correct usage and maintenance of materials, tools, and equipment; Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations, promote safe practices, and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE); Control and organize all project documentation (designs, reports, checklists, records, etc.); Prepare measurements of completed services for billing purposes; Issue daily construction reports (RDO) and photographic progress reports; Identify deviations and propose corrective actions to ensure quality and schedule adherence; Maintain direct on-site interface with the client to align requirements, deadlines, and solutions; Act as the liaison between the client and Construction Coordination, reporting activity progress; Support design coordination and resolution of on-site interferences. Requirements: Proven experience supervising fire suppression system construction projects; Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings; Knowledge of applicable standards (e.g., ABNT NBRs and Fire Department ITs); Experience managing field teams; Skills in construction planning and control; Knowledge of measurement procedures and report preparation; Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate with clients; Knowledge of occupational safety; Willingness to travel and work on-site. Compensation: R$4\.500,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle Work location: On-site
