Job Summary: Contract Manager focused on contract management, negotiation, and compliance, serving as the liaison between the construction company and the client for industrial construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors. 2. Ensure technical, financial, and legal compliance of contracts. 3. Coordinate relationships with legal, commercial, and operations departments. Contract Manager: Main Responsibilities * \- Manage contracts with clients (industrial facilities) and subcontractors. * \- Negotiate contract amendments and contractual rebalancing. * \- Ensure technical, financial, and legal compliance of contracts. * \- Serve as the primary liaison between the construction company and the client. * \- Coordinate relationships with legal, commercial, and operations departments. \- Coordinate daily meetings (dailies) with the team and ensure operational alignment with planning and strategy. \- Liaise with all headquarters departments to generate requests addressing all project needs. \- Weekly participation in online meetings with company executive management. Candidate Differentiators: * \- Experience in construction projects within operational industrial plants. * \- Knowledge of contract management (certifications and proven experience). * \- Proficiency in construction financial performance indicators. * \- Mediation and negotiation skills. * \- Certifications such as PMP, MBA in Project Management or Contract Management. Selection Criteria: \- Immediate availability and willingness to travel. \- Graduation year 2015 or earlier. \- Educational background: Civil Engineering degree. \- Required software proficiency: Excel and Project.
