Your responsibilities here: Coordinate all construction phases, ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality Monitor service execution, aligning with designs and schedules * ️ Manage field teams, assigning tasks and providing technical guidance Control materials, equipment, and resources with a focus on productivity Participate in meetings with clients, engineers, and stakeholders ️ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company guidelines ️ Prepare progress reports, cost control reports, and productivity reports Requirements: ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or related fields ✅ Proven experience in industrial construction project management ✅ Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schedules, and reports ✅ Leadership profile, clear communication skills, and results orientation ✅ Availability for travel and working across multiple construction sites Benefits we offer: Transportation allowance ️ On-site meals ️ Life insurance Accommodation (for projects outside São Paulo) Salary: R$ 10\.000,00 CLT Working hours: Business hours – Monday to Friday Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
