Job Summary: Kitchen assistant focused on pre-preparation, preparation, organization, and hygiene, following food safety regulations and supporting the team. Key Highlights: 1. Support for the team and leadership, with or without experience **Work Location:** Biscoitos Pereira \- Dom Emanuel (Marista) \- Goiânia **Job Responsibilities:** * Assist in food pre-preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients). * Prepare foods according to instructions (savory items, fillings, sauces, sandwiches, and similar items). * Assist in baking, frying, cooking, assembling, and finalizing products. * Follow technical sheets, recipes, and company standards. * Organize and keep work surfaces, sinks, stoves, ovens, fryers, and other equipment clean. * Wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, trays, and general utensils. * Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and free of waste. * Assist in monitoring food expiration dates and quality. * Store products correctly according to preservation guidelines. * Support receiving goods, verifying quantity, quality, and expiration dates. * Organize kitchen inventory and supplies. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and PPE usage regulations. * Support the kitchen team and follow leadership instructions. * Contribute to meeting deadlines and ensuring product quality. * Maintain company equipment and assets. * Perform other related duties. **Competencies and Skills:** * Incomplete high school education (preferred). * Organization and attention to detail. * Ability to work in a team. * Physical agility and responsibility. * Punctuality and responsibility. * With or without prior experience. **Working Hours:** Monday through Sunday, with a 1-hour daily break. Working hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturdays, and 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Sundays.
