Join us and become part of a team committed to **saving lives and building Brazil.** Responsibilities and duties: * Operate appliances or equipment for food preparation and handling, heating or refrigeration devices, in accordance with the unit's standard procedures. * Handle, select, clean, sanitize, and pre-prepare food items following good handling practices. * Distribute food to the designated public at the required locations according to the unit's protocol, and collect utensils after use. * Collect samples of distributed food items as scheduled, adhering to the unit's standards and standard procedures. * Monitor food consumption and leftovers according to each unit's procedures.
