If you possess an analytical profile, a results orientation, and enjoy handling complex operations, **this opportunity is for you!** **Working Hours** * **Monday to Thursday:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * **Friday:** 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM *Important:* There will be a **significant volume of overtime**, **Salary** * **R$ 3.250,00 – CLT** **Benefits** * **Meal Voucher:** R$ 30.02 per working day **Main Responsibilities of the Operational Analyst** * **Control of staff and equipment allocation** across all operational fronts * **Fleet maintenance management**: preventive and corrective monitoring, service ticket creation, service scheduling * **Vehicle monitoring and tracking** at customer sites and internal operations * **Resolution of operational conflicts**, directly engaging with teams, supervisors, and customers * **Daily operations monitoring**, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, and productivity * **Management of shift schedules, working hours, and operational timekeeping** (if required) * **Operational metrics (KPIs) management**: productivity, absenteeism, fleet performance, allocation efficiency * **Direct communication with customers**, understanding requirements, reporting status, and aligning activities * **Support in preparing operational reports and analyses** for decision-making * **Process mapping** and identification of continuous improvement opportunities * **Ensuring compliance with internal regulations and operational procedures** * **Strategic action in critical situations**, making rapid and accurate decisions * **We Are Looking For Someone With:** * A **disciplined, organized, and highly responsible** profile * Ability to **work under pressure** and manage multiple concurrent demands * **Analytical vision**, sense of priority, and results focus * **Strong communication skills**, diplomacy, and conflict mediation ability * **Proficiency in Excel** and ease of use with tracking and control systems * Proactivity and a strong ownership mindset toward operations **Desirable Differentiators** * Prior experience as an Operational Analyst, Team Leader, Operations Assistant, or related roles * Knowledge of fleet maintenance or logistics * Experience managing teams and direct customer interaction * Experience with metrics (KPIs) and operational processes * Excel Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3.250,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher Selection Question(s): * Describe your experience in controlling team and equipment allocation.
