Involves inventory control and fleet monitoring Operational Assistant/Junior **Work Location:** Cariacica/Espírito Santo. **Salary:** R$2018.00 **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:48 (Availability for Saturday work when necessary) **Benefits:** Meal allowance/food voucher (deducted from paycheck); Transportation voucher (deducted from paycheck); Health insurance (with payroll deduction and co-payment); Dental plan (with payroll deduction); Life insurance including funeral assistance and directed-hour additional coverage. **Responsibilities:** Manage and control branch service orders; Provide customer service, offering technical and commercial support for parts; Monitor internal inventory to ensure organization and minimize losses; Track equipment fleet via CRM system, ensuring deadlines and analyzing information added by technicians; Prepare and send commercial proposals for repair and parts sales; Perform administrative tasks such as document organization, file management, and general branch support; Monitor vehicle fleet to ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and emergency repairs, reporting to the Head Office Administration **Technical Requirements:** Experience in administrative or commercial areas; Proficiency with CRM systems and management tools (ERP experience is a plus); Strong organizational skills for document and file management; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
