Job Summary: A professional to optimize deliveries, manage deviations, analyze carrier performance, and monitor logistics KPIs. Key Highlights: 1. Delivery schedule optimization 2. Logistics performance and KPI analysis **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive and hand over shift changes, recording key incidents and offenders in the shift-change application; * Assess criticality and define priorities according to service requests from Leadership, Sup. Vibra, and \+Customers; * Optimize same-day and next-day delivery scheduling; * Execute deviation resolutions per the Escalation List, ensuring proper assignment and follow-up; * Update the demand management app with operational status; * Reprogram deliveries as new impact-monitoring information is received; * Analyze and enforce carrier service-level agreements; * Evaluate fleet availability; * Address SAT records; * Monitor operational performance indicators, flagging risks of missing targets; **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Residency in the Campinas region (Campinas, Sumaré, Hortolândia, Paulínia, Valinhos, Monte Mor); * Prior experience in logistics; * Availability to work Shift B \- 6 days on / 1 day off \- From 2:00 PM to 10:17 PM.
