This position is ideal for someone who is organized, attentive to details, and enjoys contributing to the smooth operation of internal processes.* **Main Responsibilities** * Organization and control of physical and digital documents * Scheduling and supporting interviews and internal processes * Monitoring, verification, and validation of timekeeping records * Preparation and updating of reports, spreadsheets, and forms * Support for internal and external communication * Office supplies inventory control * Assistance with simple procurement processes * Monitoring and approval of fuel requests * Fleet information management (mileage, traffic violation records, mechanical failure reporting, and maintenance scheduling) * Entry of invoices and bills for payment **Requirements** * Completed high school education (mandatory) * Currently pursuing a technical or undergraduate degree in Administration or related fields (preferred) * Prior experience in administrative routines or similar roles * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word * Organized, proactive profile with knowledge of document archiving Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
