Job Summary: Support the procurement department and manage inventory; assist in fleet management and communicate with suppliers; perform administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Support the procurement department in acquiring materials and services; Control and monitor inventory, ensuring up-to-date records; Conduct periodic inventories and track material inflows and outflows; Assist in fleet management (vehicle control, maintenance, documentation and costs, verify tool kits for each vehicle); Contact suppliers for quotations, delivery timelines, and order follow-up; Support administrative tasks and reporting for the procurement department. Requirements Completed high school education; currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Logistics or Administration is a plus. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; Basic Excel knowledge; Strong communication and teamwork skills; Driver's License Category B. Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) permanent position. Salary: R$1.936,00 - R$2.029,17 per month.
