Collaboration with carriers and operational teams We are looking for a **Junior Logistics Analyst** to support outbound operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and performance in deliveries and logistics flow. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and schedule daily deliveries, ensuring route and deadline optimization * Assess demand priorities and criticality according to leadership and customer guidance * Monitor and address operational deviations, ensuring appropriate action and resolution * Monitor and update operational statuses in internal systems * Analyze and hold carriers accountable for service level performance * Track performance indicators and flag risks of missing targets * Collaborate directly with carriers and operational teams to ensure activity alignment * Perform rescheduling as needed based on impacts identified during monitoring * Control fleet availability and support logistics operation management **Requirements:** * Completed or near-completion of a bachelor's degree * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics (or 6 months as a Senior Assistant) * Intermediate Excel proficiency **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Power BI, ERP, and logistics management tools * Experience in logistics operations planning and monitoring * Yellow Belt certification * Work schedule: 3:00 PM to 11:17 PM **Behavioral Profile:** * Proactivity and ownership mindset * Organization and discipline * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Resilience and results orientation * Analytical profile with performance focus Compensation: starting from R$1,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
