They will develop and implement new operational processes from scratch, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Additionally, they will establish a culture of continuous improvement (e.g., Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies), promoting constant operational optimization and waste reduction. KPI management will be critical: defining, monitoring, and analyzing performance across all departments to ensure the company’s strategic goals are met—and exceeded. Leadership and team engagement across multidisciplinary teams will also be essential, fostering alignment with the company’s high-performance culture, developing talent, providing consistent feedback, and ensuring a collaborative, results-oriented work environment. The professional will serve as the liaison among various departments (Commercial, Operations, Finance, etc.), ensuring smooth communication and synergy across teams.
