Establishing a robust contractual foundation by fully understanding contracts, risks, interfaces, and project assumptions, thereby enabling preventive action throughout the entire implementation phase. Key Responsibilities ✓ Detailed critical analysis of applicable contracts (EPC, BoP, supply and services); ✓ Identification of sensitive clauses (schedule, penalties, quantitative variations); ✓ Mapping of contractual risks and potential claim-triggering events; ✓ Structuring formal contractual communication flows; ✓ Defining standards for contractual records and evidence (RDOs, minutes, notifications, photos); ✓ Initial review of the contractual schedule from the perspective of responsibilities and risks; ✓ Development of the Contractual Interface Management Plan. **Requirements:** ✓ Engineering degree with active CREA registration ✓ Practical knowledge across all aspects of Contract Management discipline, preferably with experience in electrical infrastructure projects (large-scale projects – Power plants – Wind/Solar/Hydro/Thermal, etc., substations, RMT ✓ Active CNPJ ✓ Valid CNH Class B driver's license **Additional Information:** **Contract Duration** \- 22 months **Location:** Touros, RN \#LI\-AM2 RINA is a multinational company providing a wide range of services in the energy, marine, certification, infrastructure \& mobility, industry, research \& development sectors.
