Commercial Intelligence Internship — On-site \| Barra da Tijuca, RJ **First things first: check if this internship is right for you** ✅ Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (preferably in Marketing, Commercial Management, Advertising & Public Relations, or Communication) ✅ High school diploma already completed ✅ Availability for on-site work, Monday through Friday ✅ Workload: 6 hours per day \+ 1-hour lunch break — flexible schedule between 8 a.m.–3 p.m., 9 a.m.–4 p.m., or 10 a.m.–5 p.m. ✅ Location: O2 Corporate \& Offices — Av. Here, you won’t just “provide support” — you’ll be on the front line, serving as the first point of contact between the Institute and prospective students who haven’t yet realized how much they need us. **What you’ll experience during this internship:** * Gain deep understanding of the student journey — from initial interest through enrollment * Master CRM tools and prospecting techniques used by top commercial teams in the market * Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales departments, gaining firsthand insight into the full acquisition funnel * Develop active listening, persuasive argumentation, and emotional intelligence — skills no course teaches alone * Receive mentorship and authentic feedback to accelerate your growth both within and beyond the Institute **Who this position is for:** For those aiming to build a solid career in sales or marketing, who understand that starting right makes all the difference.
