The professional will serve as the primary technical lead for field operations, ensuring environmental compliance, data quality, and adherence to regulatory agency requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and assume technical responsibility for contract-specified activities; * Plan and execute flora rescue and management activities; * Coordinate terrestrial fauna (reptiles, amphibians, birds, and mammals) management and rescue; * Supervise ichthyofauna (fish) rescue and management activities; * Draft and review periodic and final technical reports, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance; * Ensure maintenance of legal documentation required by the contract and environmental agencies; * Manage a team of biologists and field technicians, ensuring safety, productivity, and operational quality. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences; * Proven experience in flora rescue and management; * Proven experience in terrestrial fauna (reptiles, amphibians, birds, and mammals) management and rescue; * Proven experience in ichthyofauna rescue and management; * Experience preparing environmental technical reports; * Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH). **Benefits that care for you:** Medical assistance with 100% company-covered monthly fee for primary beneficiaries (co-payment applies upon use); Dental assistance for comprehensive care; Meal allowance + coffee allowance; Transportation assistance; Life insurance for added peace of mind; ️‍ ️ Access to Wellhub (Gympass) for physical and mental health care.
