Ecossis Environmental Solutions is seeking a committed and dynamic Economist to join our team on an ESG project. If you have expertise in Financial Materiality logic and knowledge of its integration with Financial Statements, we want to meet you! **About the Position:** * Serve as a consultant on an ESG project in the area of Financial Materiality; * Assess risks and opportunities that reasonably affect cash flows, access to financing, or cost of capital in the short, medium, and long term; * Connect sustainability disclosures to financial reports; * Quantify current and projected financial impacts of climate-related risks on the company's financial position (assets and liabilities) and financial performance (revenues and expenses); * Conduct and interpret climate-related scenario analyses to evaluate the resilience of the company's business model under varying uncertainties; * Prepare reports; **Required Qualifications:** * Ability to work collaboratively in a team; * Familiarity with the Conceptual Framework for Financial Reporting; * Competencies that combine technical\-accounting rigor with strategic insight into climate and sustainability risks to translate sustainability and climate data into financial risks and opportunities.
