Job Summary:
This position supports occupational safety routines, assisting in risk identification, document control, inspections, and training organization.
Key Highlights:
1. Essential support in occupational safety routines and risk control.
2. Assistance in organizing legal documents and safety indicators.
3. Active contribution to training logistics and proper use of PPE.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Support the execution of occupational safety routines, assisting in the identification and control of occupational hazards;
* Assist in entering and updating data in occupational health and safety (OHS) systems and eSocial (events related to health and safety);
* Support the organization and control of legal documents, such as the Risk Management Plan (PGR), Occupational Health Program (PCMSO), Occupational Health Certificate (ASO), PPE records, and training logs;
* Support safety inspections and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions;
* Assist in monitoring and closing safety indicators (e.g., accident rates, training completion, inspections, etc.);
* Support the organization and logistics of training sessions and Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS);
* Contribute to controlling PPE distribution, replacement, and proper usage;
* Support occupational safety technicians/engineers in field and administrative activities.
**Requirements and Desired Knowledge:**
* Completed high school education (a technical course in Occupational Safety currently underway or completed is preferred);
* Basic knowledge of occupational safety regulations and OHS routines;
* Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel (spreadsheets, tables, controls, dashboards);
* Familiarity with OHS management systems and eSocial is desirable;
* Experience with the TOTVS PROTHEUS system — Occupational Safety and Occupational Medicine module;
* Driver's license Category B is a plus;
* Attention to detail and responsibility regarding processes and recordkeeping;
* Organizational skills and discipline in performing routine tasks;
* Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams;
* Proactivity in supporting departmental activities;
* Commitment to safety standards and a prevention-oriented culture;
* Capacity for continuous learning and adaptation to operational routines.
