**Description and Responsibilities:**

* Implement and monitor **accident prevention programs** to ensure workplace safety.
* Conduct periodic inspections using **safety checklists** to identify hazards and propose improvements.
* Prepare and update technical documents such as **PPRA** (Program for the Prevention of Environmental Hazards) and **PCMSO** (Occupational Health Surveillance Program).
* Conduct training sessions and lectures on **regulatory standards (NRs)** to train teams and promote a safety culture.
* Deliver training on Defensive Driving and Off\-Road driving to equip teams with safe practices.
* Investigate and analyze incidents and accidents, applying **root cause analysis** methodologies to prevent recurrence.

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate safety practices into production processes.
* Advise managers and employees on the application of **regulatory standards** to ensure legal compliance.
* Participate in developing internal policies that promote continuous improvement of a **safe working environment**.
* Lead awareness meetings to foster employee engagement in safe practices.
**Requirements:** **?? Essential Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in **Occupational Safety Engineering**, **Occupational Safety Technician**, or equivalent practical experience.
* Advanced knowledge of labor legislation and applicable regulatory standards (**NRs**).
* Proficiency in **Portuguese** for clear communication and report writing.
**?? Technical Competencies**
* Solid experience in **risk assessment** and development of **PPRA** and **PCMSO**.
* Experience with **safety management tools** and **software for monitoring safety indicators**.
* Ability to conduct **internal audits** and technical training.
* Knowledge of **accident investigation** and implementation of corrective actions.

* Knowledge and practice of Off\-Road driving.
* Experience delivering team training and capacity building.
* Prior experience managing teams on infrastructure construction projects.
