This professional will work on diverse projects, collaborating with the team to achieve demanding deadlines and standards. The role exists to ensure appropriate visual presentation of spaces, thereby contributing positively to the valued experience of employees and customers. * Responsibilities: * Perform painting services in indoor and outdoor environments, using appropriate techniques and materials for each surface type. * Prepare surfaces (sanding, cleaning, primer application) to ensure paint durability and final finish. * Collaborate with the team in planning and scheduling activities, respecting established deadlines and reporting progress. * Evaluate and suggest improvements to procedures and materials used, contributing to project innovation and efficiency. * Maintain organization and cleanliness at the worksite, complying with safety regulations and environmental conservation standards. * Qualifications: * Practical knowledge of painting techniques, including types of paints and their applications. * Ability to operate tools and equipment required for the role, such as spray guns and rollers. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team, with ease in receiving and providing constructive feedback. * Responsibility and commitment to quality and delivery timelines. * Educational qualifications: Completed high school education. Professional training courses in painting or civil construction are desirable. * Professional experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in painting services for commercial or residential environments. Experience in specific projects involving decorative or industrial painting will be considered a significant advantage. * KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: * Practical knowledge of surface preparation techniques. * Ability to interpret drawings and specifications. * Familiarity with occupational safety and environmental conservation standards.
