Collaborative, organized, and dynamic. job\_description Comply with and enforce the institution's internal regulations and applicable legislation, aiming to improve the quality of life of the employees of the National Shrine, prioritizing safety and health. Activities * Conduct safety rounds throughout the entire National Shrine complex to eliminate potential risks to employees and visitors; * Supervise maintenance or structural works across the entire National Shrine complex, including third-party companies; * Conduct onboarding and issue service orders for new employees; * Investigate work-related incidents, accidents, and occurrences; issue the Work Accident Report (CAT) through the Medical Clinic; conduct Safety Dialogues; * Prepare and review APRs (Preliminary Risk Analyses) and respective Training Certificates; * Review and verify compatibility of SDSs (Safety Data Sheets) and chemical product information sheets (FISPQs), according to the activity to be performed; * Develop and implement the annual training schedule in accordance with legislation and the specific requirements of the National Shrine; * Control and maintain the department’s physical and electronic files in an orderly manner; * Develop the PGR (Risk Management Program); assist in issuing the LTCAT (Technical Report on Environmental Working Conditions) for the National Shrine’s CNPJs; * Request, receive, and verify the PGR (Risk Management Program), LTCAT (Technical Report on Environmental Working Conditions), PPE records, professional registration documents, Occupational Health Certificates (ASO), Occupational Health Monitoring Program (PCMSO), and documentation from third-party companies; * Monitor, advise, record election proceedings, and perform other activities related to the general CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) process; * Review and issue the PPP (Social Security Psychological Profile) and corresponding eSocial events; * Participate in organizing SIPAT (Internal Week for Accident Prevention); * Conduct audits with coordinators and supervisors responsible for compliance with Regulatory Standards, Internal Regulations, Targets, Reports, and PPE distribution; * Provide support during environmental expert assessments and labor claims. benefits Benefits * Dental Care * Day Off * Dental Plan * Health Insurance * Well-being and Health Program * Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher
